We are located right in the heart of the historic Fayetteville square, and welcome you to join us for an incredible meal in an inviting, lively atmosphere. Our kitchen uses only select mesquite wood to insure every item has just the right amount of smoky flavor. For a grilled lunch or dinner, we offer classic steaks from ribeye to filet mignon as well as a few outside of the box items like lamb chop lollipops and jalapeño-stuffed quail breast. We also have sandwiches, salads, soups, and house-made desserts.About the BuildingBuilt in 1911, this historic building began its important role in the Fayetteville community as the city Post Office. In 1974 it was saved from demolition by a citizen-led petition, and gained National Historic status. We are honored to continue the tradition of bringing people together and celebrating the citys history in the beautiful Old Post Office.

Owned by a trio of talented chefs, the menus at Prima Italia were developed to offer patrons authentic, contemporary Italian cuisine. The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. At Vetro 1925, we serve classic Italian flavors located in Downtown Fayetteville. Chef Alan Dierks specializes in local ingredients, sustainable seafood and fine cuts of meat. He and his staff strive to preserve simple, clean flavors, using the freshest ingredients. Our meats are sourced from local farms practicing the humane treatment of animals, and we import our cured meats, cheeses, and Sicilian olives from Italy.     Prima Italia!!! Very Good!! Vincent was a fantastic waiter! We read reviews of Prima Italia and Vincent has received rave reviews- we are so glad we had him for our waiter as he really is exceptional !!! From the moment he told us his name to the end of our meal he was attentive, courteous and treated us as if we were the only two in the room - which we weren’t he had several tables inside and even outside - wish we lived closer- the food was so very good - thank you chefs! The crab cake pepin . Wedge salad - eggplant parmigiana - lobster ravioli - and cheesecake were all top notch! Thank you also to Mike the manager who came over to see how we were doing - thank you Vincent for making our experience with Prima Italia one we will never forget - YOU are the best!!

    Violet was a great waitress. The food was all so delicious. Prob my favorite meal I’ve had there yet… I had the fish (salmon). Husband was so pleased w the pollo farfalle and the Della casa salad was exceptional!

    Amazing all around! I booked for my husbands birthday brunch and they were able to have the table all set with his favorite beer and an arrangement of juices for mimosas! The omelet was to DIE for and my husband said the waffles were great as well! They got us seated and food to us within 15 minutes. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!
