Post-symphony center recital Sunday moment - wandered in to this vibrant, inviting post-concert eaterie & indulged in wonderfully & uniquely seasoned mussels, complimentary bubbly, truffle-laced fries, full-bodied Chard & a tasty mocktail! The Gage has it all with laidback chic & perfect eats! Well done!More infoThe GagePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7
- EELIZABETHVIPChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI enjoyed my December visit to Acanto so much I was back again! Acanto has a great vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The service is great, FOH is very attentive to their guests. The food is fantastic, Chef Troy Jorge and team do an amazing job! On our first visit we tried the Octopus, Hamachi Crudo, Pear Salad, Rigatoni, Lobster Ravioli, Torta della Nonna Sfiziosa & La Ciliegina Sulla Torta, which we enjoyed immensely. This time we went with the Octopus again (I love good octopus so it was a must), Mussels, Baby Kale Salad, Risotto, Pistachio Gnocchi, Branzino (a current special on the menu that I would highly recommend), Lingue dei Gatti, and Affogato and we loved it! We will definitely be visiting again!More infoAcantoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Loop•4.8
- DDennisChicago / Illinois •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was the first time we visited this venue: to be honest, we picked it because of its proximity to the Studebaker Theater. My family was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, staff, and food. The lunch specials, available even on a Sunday, offered ample portions for good bang-for-the-buck. Our waiter was attentive and expeditious. A bonus was only spending an hour there, thus giving us ample time to take a leisurely walk to the performance.More infoIndustry AlesPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6
- JJoeVIPChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoRemington’s is our go-to dinner spot when we’re in the city. From the minute we walk in, we’re greeted and usually taken to our table right away. Every time we’ve eaten there, we’re greeted gave had the same server. Jason is such an amazing server. He remembers us each time, he can answer any question about the menu and is is attentive to his tables. He’s always gotten our order right, even without writing anything down! Give this place a try if you haven’t already!More infoRemington'sPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7
- BBillVIPChicago / Illinois •19 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOur second time here. It was fabulous. We had the specials for the evening. The bruschetta with shrimp and avocado was excellent. The main entree of spaghetti with cracked pepper and blackened shrimp was great. Jay was our waiter and he was wonderful. He paced our meal perfectly so we were not rushing through each serving. Coming back here soon. Highly recommended!More infoRosebud Rosetta ItalianPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Loop•4.6
