Restaurants near County Cavan Golf Club

We booked a table for 4 adults & all really enjoyed the meals & service. Lovely choice of food but for vegetarians, it would have been better to have option of tofu/ chickpeas, etc, named on the vegetarian dish. Lucky we asked about this & tofu was given but not everyone would think of asking.

We had Sunday lunch for my son’s birthday. Each course was fantastic with everyone raving about their dish. My son is still talking about his starter of duck confit. And the beef was melt in the mouth gorgeous. My husband couldn’t eat dairy so the chef made a separate menu for him. The service was excellent , with every possible need met without delay.

we have eaten in 5 restaurants within a 15 mile radius of Dundalk, two of them twice since 21 September 2024. in terms of atmosphere, welcome, decor, quality of food and price, |The Clermont comes out on top in all aspects. We will be back!

Delicious food, lovely staff. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend

Lovely meals, as always. Just very busy and noisy (Saturday morning, to be expected!)
