The Manager and our Host for the evening, Hiro Spinelli went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Never have I experienced the level of service and the attention to detail he provided. Chef Robert visited our table and took time to thoroughly discuss the menu and provide detailed explanations of the various cuts of meat and preparation recommendations. His appetizer and sides recommendations were spot on and his wine recommendation paired perfectly with the steaks. If you have not dined at JG Steakhouse make it your destination next time in Las Vegas. You will not be disappointed. It is now our go-to **Restaurant** whenever we are there. In fact we are returning in August. WOW!!!

Can’t beat 5-7pm Happy Hour. Appetizer selection is excellent and very gourmet. Ask for hot bread. Yummy. White House Wine was a nice sized pour…definitely not a “Utah Pour”. $12 and decent selection. Best Sliders I’ve ever had and I’m not a huge fan of red meat. Love the Deviled Eggs too.
