    Wow. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the evening. Firstly, it was my wife's birthday. We had planned a nice dinner out. We got to the Keg a little early so we went to the lounge for a drink. The manager came by and we engaged in a conversation. When he found out it was a birthday, he gave us some complimentary champagne. I've never had that happen anywhere before. I was stunned and it set the tone for the evening. At dinner, we had Daniel for our waiter. He's a poster boy for customer service. Talkative, timely and knowledgeable. Top notch in every way. The total evening from when we arrived was first class, 5 star worthy and the food was in the Michelin class of quality. Thanks to the manager for adding another level of satisfaction to the dinner. You and your restaurant are levels above any other in the area. Looking forward to next time. Thank you.

    Natalie was amazing! Best wait service I’ve ever received and one of the most enjoyable experiences at Taps ever. Natalie made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, she was truly a delight. Can’t say enough kind words about her, will definitely request her next time too!
