    From the moment we arrived at Aluma, we had a fantastic dining experience. The three appetizers we ordered were very good: the pita bread with the mahomara dip, the halloumi cheese, and the ceviche de pescado Aluma. For the main courses, I ordered the filete nacional that was fire-roasted, and it was very good. I had a side dish of the sweet potatoes, and my wife had her entree that she really liked a lot. She had the roasted chicken with a side order of onion rings. We had dessert, which was the volcano de dulce leche and a brulee cheesecake. Everything was fantastic.
