The food was very well prepared. Everything had a balanced Asian slightly spicy note. We tried octopus and calamari a la plancha. The octopus was excellent, the calamari a little on the tough side but my friends liked its tenacity. We had the asparagus salad and both the asparagus and the accompanying shredded mushrooms were out of this world. Ditto for the main courses: Sea bream with a divine broth, succulent duck breast, and lightly breaded swordfish all tasty and cooked exactly to our specifications. The service was very attentive and professional. The restaurant was beautifully appointed and the lighting was soft, the noise level low. I expeceted it to be more crowded but we were there on a Monday night.

Lovely food and good staff. We were a party of 6. We ordered the Joue de Boeuf, very tender beef with a lovely sauce, the Steak rib cage for two was delicious and tender. We found the Miso fish was OK but too much miso. Enough food to taste and share. For Desserts we had lovely apple warm pie and crème brulée. Drinks were great, lovely Red wine La Chevalière. 60 euros per head, OK for us but not for a budget traveller.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant. We walked in, they asked if we wanted to check in our coats, which we did- very easy. We sat at our table, there was a small low stool to place your handbag on, very nice. The service was impeccable and food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had the steak accompanied by seasoned vegetables. I know this sounds boring but it was amazing. Also ordered the Tortellini, my sister loved it, it was a little rich for me. Super buttery. Beef carpaccio appetizer was the best I ever had. Overall a great experience with a great vibe.

Fantastic experience at Haper's. The food was delicious and there was a very fun atmosphere. Nice staff. Also very decent value. Recommended.
