    We had a wonderful waitress that made the evening a total delight. She provided excellent recommendations and service. We enjoyed the table side preparation of the Caesar salad. The salad was prepared perfectly with fresh parmigiana generously grated over the salad. My husband chose the filet medallions with mushroom risotto. The filets were perfectly cooked at medium rare. The mushroom risotto paired perfectly and was full of flavor. My short ribs with cipollini and polenta was to die for! They both paired perfectly with a bottle of Barolo from the sommelier menu. We were too full for desert but there were some excellent choices such as the carrot cake or tiramisu . I would highly recommend Alexxas and will go back next time I return to Vegas.

From the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely 100% EXCELLENT! The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was outstanding! A special shoutout to our wonderful waiter, who went above and beyond to make our evening extra special. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference! Dining at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen was a dream come true, and it was worth every penny! Everything was perfection from beginning to end! Thank you, Hell’s Kitchen, for an unforgettable evening! We will definitely be back! ❤️🔥👏 The only thing missing was Chef Ramsey!

    Chef Hopcraft came to our table, introduced himself and explained each dish. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. I have dined at STK LV about 8 times over the past 10 plus years. It is not a worn out trendy restaurant. It’s a LV institution. Can’t wait to go again.
