Great restaurant. Great food. Free mimosas. Great views of the Hudson and Palisades on a great day. Did I mention the free mimosas?

We went there twice in the last month. Excellent food, service was great. Lovely venue at a marina on the Hudson. Plenty of oysters, the octopus braised in olive oil then grilled was the best. And try the creamed corn brulee.Its an wonderfull app. or desert. And they change the menu once a month. Kudos to chef Mike.Hes the real deal.

Restaurant 1915 is the absolute “best” restaurant in our community. The service was excellent and our server knows her menu. Our table of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the wine, food, and dessert. We had: Roasted Beets (delish) and the first 5 side items, clean plates all around, Roasted Organic Half Chicken (1 diner raved about, a must try), Halibut very well prepared (3 diners chose this), 2 Berkshire Pork Rib Chops, and 1 Veal Porter House 16oz. We also had 2 desserts, Lemon Raspberry Tart and the Crème Brûlée. Everyone was very happy. The wines also were very nice! The room and the views are beautiful. Definitely put Restaurant 1915 on your to-do list when you visit our beautiful Hudson Valley. Thank you all for another great dining experience!!

We dined indoors on a slow night. Thus, the room was pretty much empty. Service was sooo attentive.

Excellent service. Beautiful ambiance. Food was ok but would have liked a more varied menu.
