Jewel of a dining experience in Haliburton Highlands. Exquisitely designed menu, highest quality ingredients, friendly and efficient staff, magnificent view, out on the patio in the canopy of maples over looking the setting sun. Now a beautiful memory for us on a special family occasion.

Once again, it is our favourite restaurant away from home. We were fortunate enough to get a booth and gave our favourite server, Eric. I believe this was thanks to our host.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Dock of Bay, it was our first time visiting the restaurant. The patio was clean, and spacious and the view of the water was breathtaking. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of both the drink and food menus. We both had a steak dinner with garlic butter sauce and enjoyed every bite of it.

Our dinner was amazing! Different flavours, creative presentation. Menu offerings were varied and each of our party of 4 loved their selections. Restaurant furnishings were urban modern and comfortable. Hugo was fun, kind and attentive. Exterior leading to entrance could be aesthetically improved in keeping with the interior improvements that have been made.
