I have nothing but good things to say about Chart House Jacksonville from start to finish. I wanted an early reservation but OpenTable could only offer me late reservations. I called and left a message and the manger returned my call and offered me an earlier reservation than what I originally wanted but told me Billy Joel was in town so there were already many big parties at the same time. She really worked with me and our evening was wonderful. We got there early to have a happy hour cocktail and sat at a large table just outside of the bar and were served by the waiter working the bar. The service was wonderful, we ordered the 3 course early dinner, $39, delicious and more food than I could eat so I shared my steak with my granddaughter. I decided to order a specialty cocktail, Basil and Yuzu, which I would definitely order again. Honestly, we were treated well, the food and cocktails spot on. Thank you Chart House for keeping your standards high.

My wife said the pork chop was the best she's ever had. Perfectly cooked and moist with great accompaniments. I had the mixed grill, and all was delicious. We ate early before the theater and construction noises were loud outside until 5:30. took an after-dinner drink to the chairs facing the river, end to a great meal!

My wife and I started the evening with a drink on the roof top bar. The bartenders were terrific. We then moved to our table where we shared the ribeye with a side of scallop potatoes. It was simply a delightful experience.

Amazing!! The food was delicious, great wine selection. We had so much fun just reading the descriptions of the wine 😂!!! Our server Faith was incredible, kind, and had great suggestions from the menu. 100% will be back

We had a delicious meal and excellent service. They were kind enough to call the day ahead to warn us of road closures with potential parking issues due to a local event. It very much helped our planning.
