Restaurants near H&H Restaurant and Resort

I made the reservation on open table a week prior to our anniversary dinner plans. We were seated in a great corner location with a view of the decorated fall patio. We were wished a happy anniversary by our server. She was attentive and very pleasant. Food and drink service was timely. We chose a beer and a special spiced rum apple cider for drinks; the potato leek soup (daily special), and the crispy shrimp for appetizers. All were delicious. For the entrees we had the chicken coq au vin with a glass of white wine, and the mafaldine pasta. Excellent choices. Unfortunately we had no room for dessert. Reservations a must. We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years, but since it’s quite a distance from our home, we don’t get to enjoy as much as we would like. Special occasions are worth the drive though.

Trevor was a great server. Food is good but the service made it more exceptional - Ask for Trevor he is the best server.

We loved the steaks and jumbo shrimp! The peppercorn crusted steak was served nice and hot in a generous portion. The servers were all lovely.
