Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building. In addition to the main restaurant, THE SIDEBAR is located in the small building and serves up more casual fare including house made sourdough pizzas, fresh soups, salads and unique charcuterie boards.     The shrimp and scallop special was delicious. They were fresh and cooked perfectly along with the linguine, which was served with a Tuscan sauce. This was one of the best meals I’ve had at the Passwaters restaurant. I hope they have it as a special again.

    Our first time trying trying the fixed price happy hour menu. It was fabulous!. Our servers, Diego and Danny were very knowledgeable, gracious and just the right amount of fun. They made a few recommendations that were perfect. We had the surf & turf and the wygu bolognese, both are delicious. Diego said to have the Wellington next time. We will.

    The two appetizer specials were absolutely delicious. The strawberry cheesecake I had was wonderful. I eat there at least once sometimes twice a week BECKY the new Bartender brought out and had decorated my dessert. Did a beautiful job.
