My son had the 500g Picana, he ordered it medium and it was raw in the middle. I ordered the 500g Rib Eye, I also ordered my stake medium and it was Brough out very rare. The flavor was good and the quality of the steaks were good. But your cook needs to sear the outside and then oven bake.
