Staff were very helpful. Food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Some of the starters were big enough to be shared by 2. Some were unable to complete their mains and the staff provided oven ready (to reheat) containers to take home. Some of the group were Vegan and a separate menu was provided for those guests. (No Vegan desserts available on this occasion)

Thursday evening in April, so the restaurant was quiet in-between the bank holidays and the season starting. We are not long living in Ireland and have not yet found a really good restaurant, until now. The Red Bank prepared the food exceptionally well and presented in a similar way. Not huge ugly portions like many places - just right. Nothing too much trouble for the staff - a great experience I would fully recommend in the pleasant town.
