What a delightful surprise. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had and I know Italian food well. The service was attentive but not overwhelming. The surprise visit by the owner was a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great ambiance and excellent service. Food was really good. Portions were definitely very large and shareable. Absolutely loved the innovative Pistashio Sundae dessert and the Burratta and Figs with honey app. Vodka Pasta was good but pretty spicy. Only downside was the soda. They brought me 3 (I only asked once) and it was absolutely completely flat no bubbles in sight. For a restaurant of this quality and cost thats a miss easily fixed with canned soda if necessary. It really was a small thing...but weirdly notable given how great the food was in all other areas.

Exceptional Service! Food was paced appropriately. Great Ambiance. I always have a great time here! We ordered a good portion of the menu and never felt rushed. Zero Complaints.

Our server, Zack, was very attentive, friendly, approachable, and not over-bearing. In addition to happily answering all of our questions, he went above-and-beyond and provided us a 2nd chilled martini glass to pour our martini into once he saw that we "weren't drinking it fast enough" (HA HA) and thus, the martini was not cold enough. We have NEVER had that happen in ALL of our years of dining out in fine establishments across the country and in other countries, as well. We were quite impressed. In addition, the food was top-notch flavorful. Everything was exquisite. All of the other staff members we encountered were very friendly, helpful, attentive and no one was over-bearing. The ambiance is very pleasant. We WILL be back and we WILL be telling all of our friends/family to dine at il Bracco!
