We love the Hawkeye. We go there frequently, as we reside permanently in the area. Go while the outside patio is still open for the season and take advantage of the lovely weather. Windy Blues is outstanding! It's not much to look at and there is zero parking at the site (down an alley, essentially ... plus, street parking is at a premium because the National Baseball Hall of Fame is a half-block away). But the place is clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and our food was out in 15 minutes. We thought the cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich were delicious. And the onion rings! Top 5 all-time, in my book. An excellent stop for lunch.
