Lovely experience as always at The Ivy. Only slight criticism is that we arrived on a bank holiday Monday looking forward to an English breakfast and they weren’t serving them :-( The menu (Shepherds Pie, Fish and Chips, Curry for example) didn’t feel right for 1100 so would’ve appreciated a wider brunch-style menu. But what we chose was delicious anyway. We’ll be back!

The restaurant was busy, great vibe, and is beautifully styled. Food was delicious, service great and good value for money. I just have a couple of points of feedback for improvement to share: - We asked for a Bellini & Kir Royal cocktail and these were not able to be made. This was surprising as they are very simple cocktails of 2 ingredients each and you would expect such a high end restaurant to offer these - The service was very good, although we felt we were rushed /encouraged to skip through some of the main courses to desert and when we insisted on ordering from these courses we were told we only had 30 minutes left on our table. It would have been good to have been made aware of this from the start so we could have avoided the feeling of being rushed. As it was we were able to stay on the table beyond 2 hours and be able to finish the full meal.
