    Absolutely fantastic! Merriman’s was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Maui! The food, atmosphere, spectacular ocean views, and incredible service made this such a memorable experience. The chow fun noodles are TO DIE FOR! Seriously, do not skip them! Everything we ordered was delicious, including the filet, lamb chops, macadamia nut-crusted fish, and crème brûlée. Every single dish was amazing, and we couldn't have been happier with our meal. Our server, Jasmine, was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make our experience special. It was my friend's birthday, and they even had a birthday message printed on the menu for her. Such a thoughtful, personal touch that made the evening even more memorable! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the ocean views were absolutely spectacular. Watching the sunset while enjoying incredible food and outstanding service was the perfect way to celebrate. Merriman’s exceeded every expectation! If you're visiting Maui, this is a MUST-DO. The food is phenomenal, the views are breathtaking, and Jasmine made the entire experience unforgettable. We would go back in a heartbeat!

    Plates were clean after each of the eight people in our party finished their meal. Each dish was raved about and the whitefish with lobster sauce special was phenomenal. Our server was attentive and kind. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

    An incredible spot right on the water, both times we went we got to watch the Green Turtles feed on the shore. The food and drinks are gourmet and plentiful. The fish on a salad, on a sandwich or in ceviche were as fresh as could be and the service was friendly and attentive. A true perfect 10!

    Sergio’s is one of our favorite restaurants on Maui. We eat there 2 or 3 times each trip. I love that you can make a reservation because they do get very busy. The food is excellent. I love the salsa, and their short rib protein choice is top notch! It goes well with all of their dishes from the taco salad to the emchiladas. The kids love the build your own taco plate. The guacamole is also great, the perfect amount of lime!
