    We had the pleasure of dining at Eddie V’s last night, and our experience was elevated by the incredible service from our waitress, Ray. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. She not only recommended dishes that were absolutely delicious, but also suggested wine pairings that complemented the meal perfectly. Every detail of her service was spot-on, from timing to presentation, making our family dinner feel truly special. Ray made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive, creating a flawless dining experience. Highly recommend both the food and the top-tier service!
