    Excellent meal and great ambiance reminds of times in Germany and Switzerland. Great vibe and excellent service. The meal offering is very authentic and true to my experience in Europe. Authentic but not kitschy. Even after the Covid challenges, Alpenrose continues to shine in Vail! Highly recommend!

    We celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving here! They prepared a Thanksgiving special for the day, so everyone in our group selected that. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, and we were seated prior to our reservation time.

    Second time we are here and it did not disappoint. The weiner shnizel and Hungarian goulash were both delicious. The escargots were good. Beer on tap was refreshing. A lot of food for the portions given so we took the rest back to the hotel. Service was great. Was nice to hear a guitar player play from the Bar area as background music.
