    I’ve been dying to experience Florette, and somehow it managed to exceed even my highest expectations! Callie has long been one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego, but Florette may have just taken the top spot. Chef Travis is a true artist. His ability to capture the essence of a season through food is extraordinary. The autumn-inspired menu, atmosphere, and overall experience were absolutely incredible. Every detail felt thoughtful, creative, and beautifully executed. What made the evening even more special was Chef Travis himself. He took the time to come over and chat with my date and me, and it was such a pleasure to discover that beyond his incredible talent, he’s also a genuinely wonderful guy. The food, the ambiance, the energy, the entire vibe… simply spectacular. Florette isn’t just a great restaurant; it’s an experience. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in San Diego, and I cannot wait to return. Five stars hardly seem like enough!
