Shogun is a teppan steak and sushi fine dining restaurant. This restaurant is just as much as about entertainment as it is about great cuisine. Here, diners sit at tables that are attached to a large flat hibachi grill. Once patrons make their order, their own personal hibachi chef cooks up their meal right in front of them, complete with a few tricks to keep it fun. Shogun features several robust and flavorful appetizers. Guests have their pick of items like chili-spiced edamame, chicken yakitori, calamari rings served with sweet and sour sauce as well as deep fried pork dumplings.     Had a great dining experience at Bluewater. I had the Miso cod and husband had fish and chips. Bluewater's fish is always so fresh. Would like a shout out to our waiter Jordia. He was so pleasant and friendly. Gave my husband some ideas for his beer flights. Very prompt service and made sure to check in after our food arrived. He obviously loves to interact with customers and has a great attitude.

    Impressive, exceeded our expectations by Far!! Every dish was unique, fresh ingredients and flavorful beyond description!! "The Green Light" drink (no alcohol) was perfect! Started with a "10", the Focaccia & fresh whipped Ricotta, we will order this Every Visit!! Then, the badger flame beet salad & Baby gem Wedge salad, delightful flavors & textures. Then, Pan seared Scallops & marinated chicken, outstanding!! The service was exceptional, from the moment we walked in, until we left, very professional yet friendly, we felt very welcomed, as if they knew us (it was our 1st visit) PS- Plenty of free parking Enjoy!!
