The food and service and atmosphere were excellent. No complaints at all.

Our table, our hostess, our dinner were all perfect, as usual, when we go to Connor’s!

Everything was exceptional and fantastic. I remember Corleone's from US1 and we ate there any times. We live on the east side of Port St Lucie so it is quite a task to get to Tradition in Port St Lucie West, however, we were very excited to visit his new location and well worth the drive. We were met at the door by the wonderful, Professional Host, Katherine, who informed us of all the various options and menus, and we chose to eat at the bar. That was a very special decision. We met two of the most incredible bar tenders, Michelle and Zuko. We had so much fun and they were both so knowledgeable and highly skilled mixologists. We navigated the menu and selected the awesome Bread (upcharge, but worth it), I had Beef Carpaccio and a Caprese Salad. Both were excellent and the tomatoes were so flavorful. My Husband had the Pasta Norcina (Umbrian pasta with sausage, guanciale, Pecorino Romano cream), he said it was so good that he mopped the remaining sauce up with the bread, the bowl was licked clean. Emileo, the Manager was warm, welcoming and constantly present on the floor greeting and talking to all of the guests. Chef Luca is ever present and we had a quick chance to say hello when he toured the floor. The experience was amazing, thrilling and we will be back.

About our 6th time eating lunch and dinner. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. Always great service too! From prime rib to Cuban sandwich and smash burger. Appetizers very good especially the Texas Twinkie. All the servers are friendly and attentive. Hanks root beer is the best!
