Always a great experience at Modavie! Another exceptional brunch. I’ll be dreaming about the foie gras and Eggs Benedict with lamb until I get a chance to return. Great Jazz music played while dining on a Sunday. Service is very attentive but not intrusive. Frequently dine here when in Montreal and always a great experience!

Went with no expectations-left telling strangers to order the duck fat potatoes! From the minute we entered the mood was exceptionally perfect for brunch. A French 75 seguewayed to salmon, shrimp toast, duck fat potatoes and bacon-all shared of course. Our waiter was so charming and the front of house team were excellent. The food was exceptional. Tres magnifique!

Excellent ambiance, service, wine and dishes options, food quality (presentation and taste). Our waitress was extremely helpful through the selection process, providing excellent recommendations. It can be seen as pricy, however it worths each dollar

Overall as usual a great experience. Not without a hiccup or 2 but the experience of our server Louis made the outcome as I mentioned a great experience. Despite the ever increasing price of the rib steak ($52-56-58-62 now $63) It is a great steak! I alternate between ‘chicago style’ or just regularly grilled & always more than satisfied. Similarly alternate from the Billy pie or the chocolate cake, both sometimes if we are more than 2 at the table.

We had the most spectacular Christmas lunch at Villa Elin’s with my family of five visiting from United States. It is a wow place from the moment you enter the Chateau. The gentleman playing the piano in the foyer was wonderful as well as the man singing and playing music in the dining room. Our service, food, ambience and everyone there was over the top fabulous. I highly recommend their beautiful place and I want to thank them for giving my family a very happy Christmas.
