Restaurants near Pinecrest Golf Course

Food was nicely prepared but rather bland. It wasn’t bad, just didn’t have much flavor.

We live locally and there are many very good restaurants in the Hilton Head-Bluffton area. The Bluffton Room is a notch above even those very good restaurants - it is exceptional. Every aspect of the restaurant is outstanding: drinks, food, and service. For our dinner I started with a dozen Prince Edward Island oysters, half baked and half raw. Probably the best oysters I've ever had. For our entrees, my wife had the prime filet mignon special and I had the 24 oz. prime rib eye. Both very good. For dessert we indulged with bananas foster. We consider ourselves something of banana foster connoisseurs and The Bluffton Room's is the best. Our wines - red and white by the glass - were first rate as was The Cooper cocktail with which I started dinner. And finally, a shout out to Dana - our server - who simply could not have been better. This is truly a five-star experience.

This was our first visit to The Pearl. The fried green tomato appetizer was fantastic and our entrees were beautifully presented and exceptionally tasty. We finished our meal with a slice of key lime pie that was among the best we’ve had anywhere. The waitress was attentive without being overly “at our table”, serviced our drinks at a perfect interval and offered (what turned out to be) totally honest responses to our questions about entree selections. We’ll be back on a regular basis!

We had such a nice experience at Crudo. The staff was very welcoming and took excellent care of us. I had sushi (it was great!) and my husband had the Wild Boar Pasta which he really enjoyed.

Wonderful experience once again. Great sunset view over the May River. Service was A1. Great food and cocktails.
