- GGenavipAtlanta Metro •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMurphy’s is such a class act. My hubby and I came for brunch today. The service was a bit slower than usual and it took a little longer than usual for our food to arrive. No complaints on our end as our server was very kind and we were enjoying the ambience. The manager came by to check on us when food arrived and we told him everything was good. We received bill with one the meals comped. The prime rib sandwich was delicious and the sweet potato hash was equally as amazing. 😋More infoTWO urban licksPrice: Expensive• American• Poncey-Highland•4.7
- GGeorgeWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our first time at Poor Calvin’s and it will absolutely not be the last. After having dinner here it’s easy to understand why it’s such a highly regarded restaurant in the Atlanta area. Every dish is extremely well thought out and executed to perfection. The drinks are also extremely well thought out and executed. The service was incredible, ask for TJ, he was an awesome server and expertly walked us through our first experience. The specials were outstanding. To start was a duck crepe appetizer that was one of the most complex yet perfectly balanced and delicious duck dishes I’ve ever had. The Argentinian beef tenderloin special was indescribably good. The meat was seasoned and seared expertly and tender enough to cut with a fork. The Korean bbq ribs dish was sensational. It was a huge portion of fall off the bone ribs in a beautifully sweet and tangy Korean bbq sauce and was paired with the best lobster mac n cheese I’ve had in Atlanta. The collard greens were tender but still had great texture and had an irresistible savory and sweet flavor. Truly a wonderful flavor.l experience. The mango crème brûlée was a work of art as well. Absolute 10/10, we cannot wait to come back!!More infoPoor Calvin'sPrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Downtown•4.9
