Vin 48 was a whole experience - from the atmosphere to the extensive wine list and creative cocktails to the delicious food. The small plates were … quite small, but they were so delicious and satisfying. We didn’t overspend and still left full and very happy. I would definitely return!

We had dinner here for our friend’s special birthday. From appetizers of polenta, and burrata, entrees of pasta bolognese and lobster ravioli—- Nirime, our waiter could not have served us better! Food was cooked to perfection, service was impeccable—- the ambiance was welcoming and friendly—our evening was perfect! The tiramisu for dessert just topped off our experience! We all have been locals in the Vail valley for over 40 years and this was an awesome evening! Kudos to the chef and Steve for treating my friend like the queen she is!

The fried chicken was excellent! Members of our party also tried the steak frites and meatloaf which they also indicated was excellent. We sampled several deserts and they were all delicious, the green tea one was our fav . ZOE was an excellent server…. We loved her!

This was the best experience I have had in a long time. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. I brought my family to end our weeklong ski vacation and was so impressed by the ranch, the staff, the live music, the food, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Beautiful pictures and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you
