Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. They have now begun the new generation of restaurants in the Saliba family, Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse.

    We had an amazing experience! Everything was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant has a beautiful, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly loved everything and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

    We already expected this to be good, but it was phenomenal! We got a starter, some pasta, two sides, and a dessert, and considering the serving sizes, everything was moderately priced (the cannoli chips and dip could serve a whole table). Everything we tried was out of this world, but our favorite was the arancini (so delicious and not too heavy). The service was good, but they were pretty busy since it was a Friday night. The ambiance was so fun in that beautiful building - the low, red lighting felt special, and there was a low hum of music in the background that didn't distract from tabletop conversation. I would so go again!

    Food was delicious! Enjoyed a filet! Salad bar great--especially the tabouli. And the cabbage rolls were a great treat -ordered as a shareable. It was a quiet place to enjoy catching up with a dear friend. Looking forward to going back when in town.
