We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service. Our breakfast service is for overnight guests only and does not require a reservation. Our dining room has a stunning wall of windows facing west overlooking the 20 Mile Creek and the Escarpment. Reservations are open for lunch and dinner. What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it. Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop? In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday. How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

    All the meals were excellent, and our server Caleb was very good too! we were greeted by a lovely hostess and enjoyed a drink at the bar before our table was ready. they had us reserved fora booth but before we were seated we were moved to a window table which was great! We had a lovey time and the value for money was excellent. We will be back.

    Excellent service, had reservations and were seated immediately, we were celebrating our anniversary, reception, person who seated us and our server all mentioned it. Food and restaurant views were all excellent, we were given complimentary dessert for our anniversary, it was so delicious that we ordered one to go.

    We ate on the patio with our dog. Staff was very welcoming and service was great even though we were the only ones outside. Food was delicious and they even offered water and cookies for our dog !!

    Relatives from New Hampshire were visiting, and I wanted to show them Niagara Falls and have lunch at a winery. I contacted Vineland Estates Winery Restaurant and made a reservation for the three of us. We were all delighted with the choice. It was my first time at this winery, but it won't be the last. I hope to bring my sister next time. Our server, Rebecca, was very attentive and helpful and put up with our joking and questions with grace and humor. The wine was excellent, and the food was far beyond what I expected. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed after eating at this restaurant.
