Found the bar seating delightful and enjoyed one of the best meals I’ve ever experienced. The chef truly understands flavor profiles and when to hit with a punch or when to dial back. Individually, some of the components may have been too much or not enough…but enjoyed all together…perfection. I can’t recommend enough the pork chop glazed with black garlic with greens and apple kimchee…yum, yum, yum. And there’s a reason the biscuits don’t leave the menu…don’t miss them. I was hoping for a return on the next night, but reservations booked up…book early; book fast; don’t miss.

We had an amazing experience at Level 5, and the food was out of this world. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and it’s the kind of meal we’ll be talking about for a while. Our server, Cysco, took care of us from start to finish and went above and beyond to make the night special. Attentive without hovering, friendly, and clearly passionate about the place. Highly recommend Level 5 to anyone visiting New Mexico, and we’ll be back.
