This was our first time at the Knoxville Firebirds & we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We had an early (4:30pm) seating and the restaurant was quiet, but given the time it’s not surprising. The hostess, Gracie, was very friendly and acknowledged our special occasion with a handwritten card. Our server Mike was new to Knoxville and was very helpful and attentive. He even brought us a dessert for our anniversary. The choices on the Early Dining menu were varied, and the grilled salmon was excellent. My husband had the grilled sirloin and said it was also very good. We would definitely go back for a special occasion or just a wonderful meal.

Great as always and service was outstanding. The broiled seafood platter is always fantastic. The clam chowder was phenomenal.

We had a lovely dinner celebrating our friend’s birthday! Thank you for her free dessert! We loved all the appetizers, bread, food, drinks, and desserts. We will be back and recommend to others. Loved the artwork and memorabilia as decor.

Food was excellent as always and our waitress Madison did a fabulous job. Will ask for her next time we go!

The atmosphere was lovely and as you can see by my high ratings, I could not find many things wrong other than a couple of items that I expected with the level of service they provide like putting our food in the box instead of just bringing us empty to go boxes. The menu was outstanding. The oysters were exactly as expected, and all of the dishes exceeded our expectations.
