Cocktails and food along with dessert were excellent! 

Loved it! Casual, but with excellent service and a very genuine ambiance and vibe. Authentic flavors and generous portions. Fried chicken, gumbo and corn muffins were amazing and I can't wait to go back to try the other amazing looking dishes. Short list of beers, but hyper local and satisfying.

We had a wonderful dinner on a Saturday night. We made reservations, and the only seating options were outside. That went well, aside from the ever-present buses going right past the outdoor seating area. Nothing can be done about that obviously! Fortunately we were in a shady area, with the covered outdoor patio being misted every so often. It made for a comfortable outdoor experience. We had a great server named Luis. He was very knowledgeable, and had lots of recommendations and suggestions. We had the Hamachi Crudo and the Heirloom Tomatoes with beets as a starter. They were both very delicious. My entree was the halibut, which I altered slightly to not include bacon fat and bacon, since I do not eat pork products. The chefs creation was very delicious. My partner had the fried chicken, which seems like a strange dish to have at a fine dining restaurant, however she said that it was excellent. Most other reviews would strongly agree with her opinion. I also had a non-alcoholic, mocktail. I don't recall which one it was and what it was very light and refreshing, and also had cucumber in it. For dessert we had the whipped cheesecake offering and were very happy with that selection. The restaurant was fairly busy, from what we could tell. It also appeared much larger, upon entering and being greeted by the hostess. It is a very beautiful space, and everyone around us definitely was having a good time. We will certainly be back and possibly sit inside. Zero complaints, all positive from this first visit. We definitely recommend it!

The Calamari was superb. Lightly breaded and not greasy, just crispy in your mouth. The Louis Crab salad was piled high with crab and was excellent. Our server, Ethan, was superb. We had a wonderful 46th Anniversary.

This was our first visit to Paragary's. Loved the outdoor patio. Was pleased with the attentive waitstaff. The mushroom salad was good. The ricotta gnocchi special was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the Basque cheesecake was scrumptious. What a perfect location for dining before a show at The Sophia Theater.
