Bavel is perfection! The hospitality, the food, the atmosphere… WOW! Just wow! What a great team, bringing the most incredible dining experience to life! Thank you for one of the most amazing dinners in LA!

The original booking was for the VIP Roof Garden experience, but the weather conditions meant that we had to be served in the main restaurant. The service throughout our evening was nothing short of excellent and this significantly added to the enjoyable experience. The old saying is that 'you get what you pay for' and there is no better example of this than our fantastic experience on the evening.

We came here once many years ago and had forgotten just how good it was. So glad we came back! Still one of the best restaurants in LA. We tried all the popular dishes: Roasted Bone Marrow, Scallop Crudo, Cavatelli alla Norcina, and Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop. Loved every single dish! The Pork was a pleasant surprise, as we don’t normally order pork. This one was so flavorful, juicy and tender. We finished the meal on a refreshing note with the Meyer Lemon Ice Cream / Sorbet. Definitely worth coming back for!

Amazing food, amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Sheik ambiance. Pricey but everything lived up to the cost.

We loved Cara Cara. It was our first time going, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the rooftop view. We got there right at sunset watched all the city lights come on. It was so cool!  Everyone was nice, from the valet to the hostess to the Mater D to the bus boy to the waiter. Every single person was incredibly attentive. We had the short rib tacos and they were do tasty along with the Car Cara salad. We finished with a strawberry churro cheesecake that was to die for and their coffee was rich and delicious. We were so pleasantly surprised by the rooftop view. We got there right at sunset, watched the sun go down and reflect on the tall buildings while all the city lights slowly came on, It was so cool. It’s an open air restaurant and they have plenty of heat lamps. The ambience is art deco and super chill.
