Waiter Nick was excellent, pleasant and accomodating. Drinks were great. Everyone loved their choices. Chopped salad is my fav.

Without a doubt, this was the best dining experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, quality of the food, and genuine care shown by the entire team made this experience truly unforgettable. It takes something special to transform a meal into a lasting memory, and this team accomplished exactly that. Every interaction felt sincere, every detail mattered, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. I cannot speak highly enough of the people who made it possible. This is what hospitality is supposed to be, and it is a testament to what happens when a team takes genuine pride in what they do. I had been really looking forward to visiting Charcoal’s Brazilian Grill in Saugus because I’m a big fan of Brazilian rodízio, and I finally got the chance last night. I was absolutely impressed with everything! All the cuts of meat were delicious, and even though chicken is usually not my go-to since the meat selection is the main attraction, the wine-marinated chicken legs were outstanding. The salad bar, hot dishes, and side dishes were also excellent. The service was five-star, especially our server, Hugo, who made the experience even better! His service truly stood out and deserves special recognition. Overall, a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Wound up at Davio's two days in a row. Both times, I experienced fantastic meals. Staff know the menu and pay close attention to details. The food is consistently very high quality in both preparation and presentation. I have been a customer of Davio's since they opened at Market Street. Their added capacity is very much appreciated -- they have facilities that are appropriate for private parties and confidential business meetings. I love their approach to Thanksgiving dinner. They do their best to have it remind you of a Thanksgiving experience at home. The ability to order specially prepared left-overs truly make the day seem like a traditional experience. I find it especially pleasant to have a meal there by myself. They really know how to treat the single diner. Also, the flower arrangements are just beautiful.

Was not disappointed! The food was fantastic and the portions were huge! Will definitely return!
