Locals flock to this tiny restaurant. A good sign when several winemakers arrive carrying their own wine. Another is the small menu. Our go-to is the fazzoletti bolognese & spaghetti alle vongole. Is it the homemade pastas? Is it the great value and the warm, unpretentious service? Thank you Jorge. Could it be simply because they are just consistently good? You be the judge. Tip: You’ll need a reservation - it’s small.

We were a party of 4. Two of us had the pork/beef Bolognese, made with fresh pasta and a delicious creamy sauce. The other two dishes were the halibut with house-made gnocchi and the mushroom risotto, delicious as well, with fresh mushrooms and tasty sauce. They serve Model bakery bread upon request. Salads were little gem with green goddess dressing and pickled onions and radishes - wonderful, and apple/beet salad (I think) which was crisp and delightful. Their hibiscus cocktails were light and tasty. Pottery made by the owner Jennifer Bennett is lovely and their no-tip policy a winner.

Food here is fresh and delicious and nicely presented. The menu has a lot of options - I had a hard time deciding what to get, there were so many meals that sounded good. Service was spot on. The ambiance is great - a spacious dining room with a fireplace and high ceilings with plenty of room in between the tables. It feels like a resort, which it is. Highly recommended.
