    I have been to 4 other Roy locations. They never miss the mark. We sat outside at the San Diego location. Weather was amazing. Heaters were on, but not cranked up so, temperature was perfect. My only complaint, there was a tv in the bar with a football game on, and the reflection on the glass was distracting and obstructed the view of the marina. Had the Parmesan bacon crusted sea bass… phenomenal. Followed by the lime tart… lite, not overly sweet… perfect finish.

    Fantastic service. I struggle with hearing and we got sat near a very loud group and couldn’t hear my spouse. Staff quickly and happily got us to a quieter location even though it was very busy. Food and service were both fantastic.
