    I had the steak salad which was very good & nice portion size. My husband had the grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes, he enjoyed & nice portion size. Suggestion for more outdoor fans in the hot summer. Service was ok, not the best. Overall, a nice experience.

    Exceptional restaurant in downtown Seguin Texas!!! I highly recommend the ribeye, chicken florentine, brussel sprouts, carrots…so many divine dishes!!! Loved the beautiful atmosphere!!! Everything was delicious and perfection

    We were seated immediately upon arrival. We arrived 30 minutes early. We waited on the rest of our party for 45 minutes. Our waitress was exceptional. She kept our drinks full the whole evening. We did have one hiccup but all was made right by the staff. Hiccups aren’t conducive to a less than excellent review. We have visited Gruene River Grill many times and will continue to do so. The food was excellent. The service was excellent as we were treated like royalty. We had the Gruene Enchiladas, fried shrimp, chicken fried steak, chicken Guadalupe, shrimp wontons and grilled chicken piccata. For appetizers we had the fried artichoke hearts and the spinach artichoke dip. EXCELLENT! Tey them all. You won’t be disappointed!

    The best seafood in the San Antonio area. The Red Fish Pontchartrain tastes like you’re in the Big Easy. Flat out - best Key Lime pie anywhere. Perfect setting, perfect service, perfect food.
