Named for the year that Dr. John Anderson purchased the land upon which the resort now stands, 1796 Room has now been re-launched as a signature steak and chophouse, serving steaks, chops, fish and poultry of the highest quality. 1796 uses only the highest quality 21-day aged USDA prime beef.     We had so much fun at the Bedford springs inn and a highlight was having a fabulous dinner at the 1796. House. Everything was wonderful from atmosphere to the waiter to the scrumptious food and drink

    Super amazing place!!! I wanted to surprise my person with something special to celebrate us, and Treetops did NOT disappoint! The person who waited on us was on point. The food was amazing, and the setting was absolutely to die for! It's worth every penny! Thank you, Treetops, for making my love's day! We had a time that we will be talking about for YEARS!!!

    Our second time to the Crystal Dining Room did not disappoint. Our server, Stephen, was just amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The food was good and our server even decorated our dessert to celebrate our anniversary! Just a wonderful place to dine!

    Nicer hotel eatery. Very good service, interesting wine list & live singer on a Friday evening. Tried out the Date Night Dinner For 2. Three choices each of apps, mains & desert along with bottle of decent table wine for $50. Meal was good & saved me some cash. This place was a good find.
