The prime rib was excellent! Biller Miner Pie was delicious and was large enough to share.

Our server, Amanda, was a pro. She anticipated every need without us needing to ask (eg.refill waters or knowing how often to check on us). The kitchen was also running a bit behind (nothing major) and she did a great job of addressing that and ensuring we still had a great experience. The only minor note is the person I was with didn't get his steak cooked properly (well done instead of medium), but Amanda asked if the steaks were correct and he told her it was fine so that's his problem haha! My meal was perfect.

Enjoyed a great birthday supper. Initially seated in dining area but moved to Lounge which was great. Food was very tasty and cooked as requested.

Earls South Albert is the perfect place for a birthday celebration! The servers were magnificent--helpful, celebratory, efficient. The meals for our table of 8 all came out at the same time, and the birthday cake we were allowed to bring in was beautifully served. Everyone had a fantastic time! There's no other place we'd rather go :)
