Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse is just the beginning of a new generation. This heritage began back in the 1940’s when Fred & Amelia Saliba opened the very first restaurant in the Saliba family. Although Brian wasn’t with his grandparents in the beginning, he was raised under the careful training of his father and mother as they carried on the family tradition.Because of this training, Brian began to love the restaurant business and pursued a career in the culinary arts. The initiation of his training began at O.S.U. in the college of Hotel & Restaurant Administration. During this time, Brian was able to train as an intern under renown chefs at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where he earned the right and inspiration to advance.As Brian progressed in his training, his desire to become a restaurant owner continuously increased. They have now begun the new generation of restaurants in the Saliba family, Freddie Paul’s Steakhouse.

    Why do people go to OKC for a beautiful and unforgettable meal when they can stay right here in Stillwater and get the very best to be found in OK? I have always hated lamb chops but my husband insisted I try them again at the Rancher's Club. I am so glad I did because they were cooked perfectly! The Chimichurri Steak Kabobs appetizer was so far beyond my expectations and my husband's RibEye chicken fried steak was the best he's had anywhere. Followed up with their perfect bread pudding and it was such a great experience. Our server was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and respected our time. The prices for the quality and quantity was excellent. We will be back on every occasion!

    Had the best time last night. Elizabeth was our waitress, and she was such a delight. We just recently started coming to FP’s now that our daughter is at OSU, and the place always feels like you’re coming home. The steaks are always cooked perfectly as well!
