We celebrated our 58th wedding anniversary at Twisted Tree 9/7/2024. From the moment we checked in at the registration desk, we were welcomed and congratulated on celebrating our anniversary at Twisted Tree. The food and service were superb...could not have been better! Our waiter Alfred (?Alfie) & his assistant were so friendly & accommodating and helped make it a very special dining experience. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I came for a date night. The food was fantastic, our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We really enjoyed it and will come back!

Filet melts in your mouth, delicious salad and baked potato cooked to perfection. Huge bourbon m, scotch and whisky selection and a fair wine and beer list. Entre pricey but includes salad or soup and a side lakes it reasonably priced. Excellent service but a bit noisy. Seated in small cozy room and conversed with others briefly. Pleasant evening. In Kirkwood and walked from our home.

This lovely little secret in Affton, MO is well worth trying. A 19 year institution with a very visible and friendly owner who is dedicated to the customer's satisfaction. The menu is traditional Italian. Pricing very reasonable given today's environment. The fried calamari was delicious, and crisp. The veal lemon heaping with mushrooms. And the scampi's shrimp size amazingly large. Cocktails were generous and reasonably priced. The restaurant has two dining areas and an attractive bar with dining as well. The ladies restroom was a pleasant surprise....modern and sparkling. We brought a guest who lives in Affton and thought it would be a good opportunity to try Trattoria Toscana. We were not disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised. You will be too.
