    THE VERY BEST!! Everything from the first drink before dinner at the bar to the wine advice and selection from their expansive wine selection menu to the Food Expert assisting in the various appetizers, entrees, sides and deserts was PERFECT!! Getting to understand the history of the home and what it had becomes through the years along with such unique antiques, artifacts and artwork Only Enlightened Our Evening and the Enjoyment of this Special Restaurant!!     We frequent Firebirds and as per the usual everything was outstanding from the drinks, the food, and the service. The manager came to our table to ask how our visit was going, and our server David was very attentive and polite. We highly recommend Firebirds in Mason.

    This may have been my best dining experience ever. The service was outstanding. They were so friendly and helpful. We arrived with a plan and based on their recommendation got entirely different meals and that was such a good decision. We had the crab cake and crab bisque which were both wonderful. We got the sea bass which was perfectly grilled. We added the bourbon sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallow which was like desert. We also got the short ribs which were so tender they melted in your mouth. And for actual desert we got the carrot cake which was delicious and huge and we also got the brûlée cheesecake. The caramelized sugar added a delightful texture and flavor that perfectly complimented the creaminess of the cheesecake.
