Our experience at Maison blue was great. The B&B was gorgeous. We sat outside on the porch, also a great atmosphere surrounded by the plants. The staff was wonderful l. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of food you were getting. We had the baked oysters and escargot for appetizers, the steak au poivre and duck for dinner and the crème brûlée for dessert. It’s BYOB for alcohol but they do offer some wines by the bottle for purchase, also fairly priced. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back on our next trip to Cape May.

We haven’t been here for a while given the many Cape May restaurant options, and now we are sorry! We enjoyed the outdoor seating, casual vibe, people watching and the most amazing food! From antipasto, bruschetta, to salmon and linguine with clam sauce and the amazing tortellini special, we had a delicious meal. Then the tiramisu topped it off!! Delicious all around, great for families. Go there if you’ve forgotten about it too!

Every course was superb. The mushroom soup was complex with layers of flavor and the addition of some prosciutto was sheer perfection. Crab cakes were exceptional made with chunks of real crabmeat—could be the best I’ve ever had. Even the espresso martini was excellent. Service was exceptional without being obtrusive. We had an early reservation and even had a chance to chat with our server before it got busy. If you are going to be in Cape May make this a definite stop for dinner. It will be one of the most memorable dinners you will ever have.
