I found the fact that open table reservations availability indicated nothing until the time yet when we got there people were sat without reservations in better locations. In addition we witnessed people interrupt the line to say “oh I’m going to the bar” which is where we reserved. Just feels disrespectful.

Came here to celebrate our anniversary yesterday. Great food and great value. William the GM was exceptionally kind and treated me and my girlfriend very well. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be coming back to Chop again! Crab cake was great, blue cheese bacon wedge salad was OK, furious fries are nice, chicken was great (wish it came with mashed potatoes like the picture!), lobster mac as a main instead of just a side would be amazing - I really enjoyed it (just wished there was more!), and the pink lemonade cocktail is dangerously good. Thank you once again!

We had the Endive salad, the japanese baked sweet potatos and they were just outstanding. So much flavour. My 2 faves. We also had the seared argentinian prawns and the salted caramel pot de creme. Both were also very good. There were 2 of us and we sat at the Chef's table and it was so interesting watching them put together the delicious food. It was noisy downstairs with the lunch crowd and somewhat upstairs but at the Chef's table it was fine. I would definitely visit Nightingale again!

Great food. Great atmosphere. Service was slow. There was no music at restaurant and you can hear servers taking plates or forks out of somewhere. A little bit of music will go a long way.
