Chef Andrew Donovan leads an incredible team of chefs in creating our seasonal, from scratch menus. We feature dishes from our wood fired oven and grill as well as house made pastas and breads. I’m my opinion, Amelia’s is a must-try for any food enthusiast! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. My wife and I were seated promptly upon our arrival and quickly greeted by our server Skyler. We started with a couple cocktails as we perused the seasonal menu. The menu items were all unique with great descriptions and pairing recommendations. For our main course, we selected two dishes, the pappardelle pasta and raviolis. Both dishes were flavorful experiences. The hearty pasta was complimented by the robust flavor profiles of the sauces, proteins, and herbs. I am already looking forward to our next visit and the next seasonal menu’s offerings.

The service is great - my companion ended up flaking on me and the whole time I was waiting taking up a booth, they are checking in, making sure I was ok. When they made a mistake with taking away my food, they wend above and beyond to compensate. The food was cooked really well (PERFECT scallops) and was delicious, and the breadth of choices is great. Will go back!

Amazing food - flavors are suburb! Every time we have been there everything was spot on. This visit we had Drinks, salsa trio, beef tenderloin with enchilada platter and the chopped salad - add chicken. So good!! Looking forward to our next visit soon!
