Great place to have an amazing meal with friends. The staff was amazing.

It is always a special treat for us to have a meal at The CIA when staying near Hyde Park. Everyone, whether instructing or learning, is always so pleasant and helpful. A meal there is simply a delight. The actual meals served compare favorably with any served in the finest restaurants, in quality, preparation and presentation. What could be better than fine dining in a restaurant where everyone's goal is to improve? Thank you, faculty and students.

What an absolutely amazing atmosphere! The food was out of this world as well as the drinks. The server and bartender were both phenomenal and contributed to a wonderful experience.

The tour was a great insight into the school. Going back for dinner tonight. If I was going to be a chef I would truly consider this school+ the views are exceptional.

We had a wonderful dinner at Caterina de Medici! The pizza was great - very thin crust and great sauce. My wife's salad was excellent also. The zuppa di pesce was a delight; the fish were all very fresh and tasty and the soup was the perfect compliment. The scallops were outstanding also - just like eating on Cape Cod. Dessert was the tiramisu which was a nice light ending to the meal. The bread and wine were great also; we'll be back for another special dinner soon!
