If I could give Cardinale 10 stars, I would. It had been far too long since my last visit, and after last night, I can honestly say I won’t wait that long again. We started with beautifully crafted Old Fashioneds, a bowl of warm olives (heaven for an olive lover like me!), house-made focaccia, and the most delicious meatballs. For my main, I had the spaghetti, and it was simply sublime—rich, perfectly balanced, and Italian comfort food at its absolute finest. We also shared the beef cheek lasagna, which was completely out of this world. The highlights of the evening? The cocktails, the spaghetti, those warm olives… and, of course, the wonderful people. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with owner Graham, whose passion for the restaurant is evident, and our server, Andrea, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the food and drinks to the atmosphere and hospitality, Cardinale delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. 10/10. Highly, highly recommend making a reservation and treating yourself to an evening at Cardinale. I’ll definitely be back!
