    The experience excelled upon arrival. We were greeted at the desk with a “Happy Anniversary” as we were celebrating. Champagne glasses were dispersed at the desk as we waited for our table. Alejandro was our server and did an excellent job, being attentive yet giving us space. The seafood tower for two was delicious and plentiful, so much so that my wife opted for just the corvina ceviche as an entree. I had the arroz meloso which was flavorful and large enough to share with her. Our waiter brought out a small cake to celebrate our anniversary after our meal. Aside from the unexpected rain it was a perfect evening.

    I went to have lunch with a good friend who was in town . The restaurant is beautiful, the people genuinely nice and hospitable, the food was great. BUT our server Dylan made our experience so much fun. He is fantastic!!! Great service, sense of humor, gave great food suggestions and really went above and beyond. He is a star and would definitely return, just to be in his section and have him as our server again! Well done Dylan!!
