We are a sake-focused dining experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu designed to pair with sake brewed on site. “Engawa” is a traditional Japanese word for the wooden outside porch of a home, a place where neighbors gather and relax together. Our dining room reflects that spirit—casual, welcoming, and centered around sharing sake. Our menu is designed so each dish complements the flavors of the sake produced in our brewery. Because the experience centers on sake, courses are intentionally paced so guests can enjoy both food and sake together. Dinner typically takes about 90 minutes. One welcome sake sample is included, and optional guided sake pairings are available. We are unable to accommodate vegan diets or extensive dietary restrictions.     Our dinner at Canoe House was absolutely wonderful! The ambience was amazing, the service was attentive and friendly, and every dish we had was excellent. We started with the fresh sashimi and a delicious salad, followed by the fresh catch of the day, Opah, which was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. And the spicy guava margarita was so good—definitely a must-try! From the beautiful setting to the outstanding food and service, Canoe House made for such a memorable evening. We can’t wait to come back!

    The most amazing dinner! the staff and service were exceptional, the view couldn't have been more beautiful and the food was incomparable! This was a wedding dinner for us and the perfect, romantic and exceptional dinner! I HIGHLY recommend for all special occasions! (or a way to make an ordinary occasion special!)
